Looking at the stance of the car, I would say it IS a mid-engine layout. Just a front-mid and not a rear-mid. (Based on the side profile, the majority of the engine is sitting inside the front axle, and not in front of it.)
So, by that logic, would that mean the 1986 Pontiac 6000 STE was 18.5x better than the 1986 BMW 325i?

The Ferrari F1 cars were infinitely safer than the Lotus F1 cars of the same period.
May be prettier than my aluminum profile rig, but my cockpit probably would cost 10% of what they would charge for this one, and not be anywhere near as customizable or adaptable.
