An Skaikru has about 9.5 tenths of the law considering not only do they possessed the bunker they are the only ones who know how to maintain and use it in the first place.

I think all the clans have lost substantial numbers of fighters over the last year. Roan wasn't even the best fight Ice Nation had, that would probably be his spy chief.

Actually their actions were perfectly logical and it what I would have done. I wouldn't take my chances on a fighter with a few weeks of training to win a conclave. An potentially having to fight all the clans afterwards to take the bunker by force.

No plan would have worked after the conclave was over. The key to their plan was the fact that all the other clans respected traditions and were hold up in their "safe zones" and the rest were distracted by the conclave. This allowed Clarke clan to move unseen and to take over the bunker for themselves.

Considering that backstabbing each clan seem to do on a regular basis, backstabbing seem to be one of those traditions, Skycru has just learnt and played the game better than the rest.
