He isn't smart through, bouncing a ball in church surrounded by believers isn't a smart thing to do.

Helena is her name and I'm more convince than ever that their a high level rebel faction working inside the occupation buying their time before they strike.
Who is going to protect him now from the elders and the indoctrination camp. One wrong move and Charlie is in deep shit, I doubt anyone else is going to put up with his attitude.
The witch that turn out to actually be protecting Charlie from an indoctrination camp. Ding dong the witch is dead but her replacement might be a lot worse for one of the Bowman family.
skipping through the expanse wikipedia the The Expanse feels a lot like a fully constructed universe, design to be continually added to over time and filled out. Whilst The Magicians seems more of just three stories told in a universe that the author didn't feel like telling us much about about the rest of the…
I just wish they chuck in a bit showing rapid colonisation of the out belt and planets. May be Ceres and those orbital platform on Ganymede. Showing them being built in one scene and destroyed in the next would have been powerful.
I love the fact that they are adding these details to the Expanse universe.
laser to control them perhaps. The Martian marines said the drone didn't have any weapon on it. Perhaps it uses light and not radio waves for communications. An that bright pulse was the shut down command.
We all know that proto molecule is going to come back and bite her in the arse!
Bobbie come across as someone who wouldn't care either way.
she scary man, no wonder she got to the top of the power ladder.
Well it was just to keep everyone distracted from the Eos test of the protomatter.
I get what you mean. I'm just going through random thought processes trying to figure these aliens out, there actions don't seem to make much sense to me at the minute.
They have drones. So they clearly have some form of robotics.
I get the same feeling about the hosts, that they aren't as strong as they appear. I think the radiation that either is produce by their equipment or somehow tainted it kills them just as easily as it kills us.
Radiation. We know that working at the factory slowly kills people. We know the alien artefacts emits radiation.
In the factory people simply die after they work their for a while. I'm linking this to the radiation that the host artefacts seem emit. I suspect the hosts can't survive it either.
So far the factory has only ever been shown to be a form of punishment to people who did a crime. We didn't know that they actually need people to work there and that they got a schedule to meet. An the end goal is to gain as many slaves as possible work them until the radiation kills them.
From the few looks of the outside world we got, it look like anyone not in the colonies simply vanished. There wasn't any signs of damage to buildings that indicated drone attacks.
The ship was acceptable, through honestly I be more interested in trying to take the ship than blow it up.
