Yes, we all know what the gameplay will be like, but what we haven’t seen is what the game looks like while playing the actual game, not watching a prerendered cut scene. Not sure why that’s hard to grasp.
It’s still just a pre-rendered movie even if it the game engine did the render. No different than a triggered cut scene in any game.. Pretty, but, not what the actual game looks like during gameplay.
Yeah but this is a cross platform competitive game. When an update comes out, it is pushed as a universal patch. Xbox, PS4, Switch, PC.. same day, same patch.

I’m glad people have options.. devs get more money.. etc, but sorry Epic, EA, Ubisoft, Blizzard, your libraries are too small to become my default launcher, and even getting bigger AAA titles just means I’ll go to my back catalog of unplayed Steam games.
Maybe I’m just not a fighting game fan anymore but ever since MK9 (and Injustice), I’ve found that all I really need or want is to just watch the cut scenes assembled into one easy to watch youtube video.
