I have been skipping breakfast recently to try to reduce calories, and feel fine throughout the day. Then I eat a regular lunch and dinner, but then in the evening I feel like I am starving and can’t seem to eat enough. I tried doing a later breakfast and skip lunch, but I get hangry at like 3PM lol.

I cut back on my drinking, was never super heavy, but was like a beer or 2 every day then like a 6 pack on Saturday or Sunday. Now I try to only drink one day a week and limit it to a beer or 2 max. Dropped 10 pounds pretty quick. What I have to do is stop myself from buying beer. I can’t drink it if I don’t have it!
