With Twitter axing the DC metro account and how important an announcement like this are, at what point do we need the feds to make a government announcement app? Make it so politicians and government agencies aren’t relying on private companies for a mass messaging system that fits the modern era (IE, not TV/radio

Nah, let's cut their budget 30% and spend that money on the military instead. FAA doesn't make corporate profits directly, so they can go fuck themselves.

Ahh, yes, it was everyone else’s fault except the car that stopped in the middle of the street in a tunnel for no apparent reason.

I don’t think you know what evidence means. The only evidence we have that the FSD was on or off was the driver saying it was. If and when the data logs from the car and or Tesla become available we will have more conclusive evidence. You are showing a lot of bias by assuming the driver is lying, he could be lying or

Yeah, it’s definitely way more likely the driver slammed on brakes and changed lanes for no reason, than a computer beta that is well known to constantly do stuff like that. Put down the kool aid.

You should probably contact Tesla about that. Address your email to the address below:

Except those comments were not arguing whether FSD was engaged or not.  They were operating under the assumption that it WAS on, and STILL blaming the accident on other drivers.

A lot of tesla stans on here questioning whether FSD was engaged at the time. You can all fuck off

The speed limit there is zero?

Jesus fucking christ.

Well I think the issue is, IF it was actually in FSD, it changed lanes and came to a stop for no apparent reason.  The road in front was totally clear, so barring a mechanical malfuntion, no driver would do a move like that.  That said, it’s ALSO clear the drivers behind the Tesla were likely following to close, or

The Tesla cut into the left lane and braked suddenly. So while according to the letter of the law, the people rear-ending it were at fault, but realistically the Tesla caused the accident. This is at the entrance to the tunnel, so drivers have to adjust their eyes. Even a safe driver might not be able to stop in time.

You’re right, my idea of using the Infinity Gauntlet to snap away all natural gas infrastructure may have a few flaws.

The concern is not just the fumes during cooking, they are constantly putting fumes into the air. People probably don’t want to run a vent fan (which are often just vented into an attic instead of outside) constantly.

Yep it’s not but it seems to have better support than your anecdote.

Yeah and it’s 12% anyhow.  Regardless, getting rid of natural gas infrastructure is a very good idea.

Ah yes, fabled food “everything.” I eat Everything all the time! And it IS too sweet!

Yeah knocking a hole in the wall and installing a vent is a piece of cake, I’m sure landlords won’t mind people doing that on their own.

Ooooh the comments on here should be nearly as nasty as nearly every comment on Jalopnik.

Causing 25% of childhood asthma cases is a public health hazard. We have government specifically to deal with problems like this.
