Seems unlike them to scale back, so maybe there’s a third character that’s yet to be revealed.

I’m very excited for this one, but I would like to see them go back in time again for the next one. I’m thinking like 80's Chicago or Vegas, mob shit but nearing the end of the salad days.

God it looks sick as hell. I can’t wait to spend hundreds of hours customizing and crashing cars instead of finishing the story.

Speaking of Altimas, I really hope they’ll have realistic Florida shitboxes in this one. Not the rusty 60s/70s style cars of GTAV, I want a dirty mid-00s sedan with missing and mismatched bumpers tearing down the highways and gravel roads like a real Florida menace.

There’s a market for sure, the problem is that between CAFE loopholes and profit margins, it’s more worthwhile for manufacturers to funnel US customers toward bigger trucks.

Monarch is a solid C+ or B- minus so far, they haven’t gotten to the meat of it yet but it’s fun to watch the Russell’s be gruff yet charming and running from danger with their respective motley crews.

Well A) go watch the Mel Gibson movies and B) if it’s called Mad Max, made by George Miller, and features badass frankenstein apocalypse cars, it’s gonna be really hard to argue that it’s not a Mad Max movie.

That makes zero sense in this context

The timeline doesn’t work. It makes more sense to look at Fury Road as a reboot or that the Max in FR is a different person than Mel Gibson’s Max, who either doesn’t exist in this version or Hardy’s Max is inspired by or impersonating. Miller admits that it’s not clear, and I’d say it’s not particularly important.

Pacifica forums?? C’mon that has to be a joke, right?

These numbers smell funny

The Aztek was canceled after selling 119,000 units, I wonder if the Cybertruck will ever hit 100k units.

It says that they watched a video, what do you think it means

This shit is so dumb, you just got a chatbot to make a wordy answer based on basic info you could’ve googled just as quickly

It’s Texas, they probably replaced the side airbags with guns

C’mon it’d be just like building a whole bunch of Channel Tunnels! No biggie, easy peasy

You sound incredibly out of touch. Corporations wielding their power to quash unionization is an argument for more aggressive unionizing. It’s a fight to get better conditions, losing a battle doesn’t mean you give up the war.

Why would a failed attempt 50 years ago be a reason to not pursue unionization now? I dunno if you’ve kept up with the news but a lot has happened in the interim and a huge chunk of the workforce wasn’t even alive then and have vastly different upbringings, lifestyles, and problems than the workforce of the 70s. Ooh ooh how about a slow ramp with less than a dozen deliveries at a time AND all of the defects PLUS terrible design decisions! What a dream!
