i know a lot of people will disagree with me, but on a mac, safari seems the most polished. firefox is slow to load, and chrome doesnt fit in with the rest of the os. also i loooove safaris quick dictionary funtion. well thats just me. im gonna stick with safari and hope they update to become faster and more efficient.

@bayXSonic: Well it was built for the dashboard, so i think its main goal is simplicity. Thats why sending messages isnt all that great. Its just simple and easy to send out a message or 2; otherwise i use google voice's website.

Tip for Mac users:

Dropbox. 'Nuff said.

Mac users: A dashboard widget was recently released for google voice that has growl built right in. Just download and keep it open in dashboard. Works great. Check it out here:

@Muscar: You clearly havent used Dropbox's Public Link feature.

Most people are too lazy to check if a file has viruses. It needs to do it automatically, like an antivirus suite, for it to catch on.

@Jeej: ya thats the one downside of dropbox. i emailed them about it and they said it may come soon in a future update. cant wait!

@psychiccheese: its cleaner and easier to concentrate on a certain task when you dont have a ton of other windows open behind it. less distractions. also, dragging and dropping between 2 windows can be a pain when many apps are open rather than just those 2 windows.
