The video is awful enough, but did you read the letter from the superintendent to the teacher?

Fuck fired. Charge her with assault and child abuse and throw her in the slammer. (And yes, I've been a teacher and dealt with plenty of annoying kids.)
I am disturbed by this. A university is now putting itself in the position of regulating the off campus activities of its adult student body by mandating that they can't be associated with certain groups without risk of expulsion.
I'm all for gun restrictions for people who take Ambien; that is a crazy-ass drug that makes you do crazy-ass shit you have no recollection of. I had to stop taking Ambien (even though it helped me sleep like nothing has since, and even though tripping is fun) because I was sick of roofie-ing myself every night,…
I don't even know who J ax is but I'm a little bit in love with him now.
I don't know. It sounds to me that Marina likes girls. (Or she's at least bi). Now, I am not so absurd as to assume every lesbian woman is checking me out and trying to hit on me. But just like I would be uncomfortable getting naked in front of any straight man (and would be fairly comfortable getting naked in…
If people had done that to me, I'd have flipped my shit. Then calmed down and politely explained it wasn't going to go that way. Come alone or don't come.
I have a few pretty decent ghost stories as well. Texas is wild, and weird. You see the strangest things when you're out an about in this state. Hell, my parents own one of the Galveston Haunted Victorian Houses.
It's that time of year again: Shadows grow long, winds turn chilly, and we're closer and closer to All Hallows Eve…
I'm saying that the picture was posted on her Facebook page, after what looks like months and months of posts about her workout routine, and seems to me to be the "after" picture of a lot of hard work. The picture says "What's your excuse," not "What's your excuse for looking like me?" And so I'm wondering if the…
I'm pretty much completely failing to get my point across here and am coming off looking like an idiotic troll. I'll try one more time I guess:
Yes, but I also read this "I just hope that the person who feels completely overwhelmed can see they can control their own destiny. To know that there’s no excuse for not making time for yourself."
I feel like I am the densest person in the world today - I just do not see where people are getting that she's saying "What's your excuse for not being thin?" I see it as "What's your excuse for not putting in this hard work?"
I know, I'm not really sure why we're supposed to hate this idea? I mean, I hate Fox News and its blathering drones, and maybe this wasn't conducted in the most effective way possible, but I don't see why we have to make fun of the general message trying to be made?
That bugged me a bit until this line:
Satire is a lame excuse, but his apology is so sincere I'd love to see the world embrace it.
Real apologies are so rare, these days - and from a student. Good for him. Now let's watch him put his promises to action.
Does it? Apologies written by lawyers tend to be brief and weasel-worded. (Hence, the "...may have offended" clause, which is a nonadmission of guilt.) This is long and detailed and explicitly admits wrongdoing.
Maybe we should respect Chris Brown's interpretation of his own experience. Maybe we shouldn't tell him how he should feel. I know men who have lost their virginity to older (between the ages of 13-18) women when they were 9, 10, and 11.
Brown's own recovery
