The best diners don’t have a million different things on the menu with Italian food, Mexican and traditional American.  A great diner will have a simple menu.   A good diner will cook you a cheeseburger at 9am, have good coffee at all hours, great biscuits and gravy and a waitress who’s been there more than 10 years.
