It’s nice to have a fast car. You can shoot right around these people and be gone and done with them. Especially since there will be a solid line of cars passing you and them immediately if you don’t make a move first....then you’ll be trundling along behind the moron unable to pass them as traffic whizzes by 15+ mph

Chick-Fil-A isn’t worth any of this.

Wouldn’t the Tesla be recording the driver? Also fuck Alex Choi. How long until these clout chasers straight up murder someone on TikTok for the views? Social media platforms and the slimy fame whores they birth are cancer.

if you can’t afford the few bucks to make sure your car is safe, you should not have a car in the first place.”

My first reaction is to get upset that inspections are a tax for the poor....but living in Indianapolis and seeing some of the stuff I share the road with, ho-lee crap. On one side I am sympathetic to those who have to work and commute but also live paycheck to paycheck and a $30 used tire can make or break their

I love the scene in The Shining with Jack stuck in the dry goods storage.....the camera angle facing straight up “You’re not going anywhere!” His hair resembles a maniacal clown. I believe Kubrick knew that.

The first movie kind of encapsulated a lot of feelings about things I had that skeeved me as a kid. The grimy 70's feeling. The old, rotting gas station out in the middle of nowhere with a creepy guy working there and rusty old junk. My cousin I played with when I was a kid lived out in the sticks in an old farm

I love that poster as it’s send-up of Breakfast Club....considering they eat people for breakfast it makes it kind of hilarious.

Incredibly cloying sweet and boring flavor.  You’d think the other colors would offer some well needed variety to the taste, but no.  A little bit of sour or any flavor at all would make a huge difference, but no.

I’ve never thought about that from a cop angle.  Genius.

Well, they finally did it.  They killed my f****** car.

So basically....FSD is just you driving yourself, but with extra steps.

The Iceman (2012) had a scene where Richard shoots someone in a car and his ears ring painfully.  Thought that was somewhat well done.

My 2011 GTI has heated seats with 3 intensities.

We had a helluva time with our 2021 Malibu rental when we drove to Orlando a couple months ago. My gf’s damn iPhone would constantly turn off the radio entirely and I’d have to select “radio” again, or play U2 (remember when they forced people to own that album?).    Half the time the music would just stop and we’d

My GF’s 2021 Elantra loudly beeped and slammed on the brakes when we were backing out of her driveway because it “saw” a car down the block approaching us.  Scared the living crap out of her.

My GF’s 2021 Hyundai Elantra had pretty damn good ACC with lane assist. The only thing that bothered me about it was when you try to pass someone. Once you moved into the passing lane, there was a huge delay from when it sensed there was no longer someone in front and it would leisurely apply the throttle....by that

I found a really nice used bike of Facebook Marketplace and after a $100 of parts (brakes, new tires and tubes and a new seat to accommodate my fat ass) and maintenance (tune up from a local well rated shop) is back to 100%. I think I spent $220 total on it.

That was a “Quad 442" 4 cylinder, 4 valves per cylinder, twin cams.   Actually a little hotrod of the time. I think they were rated at 180hp which was pretty hot for the time.

I’m a fan of these cars and owned a few turbo Mopars from that era as well as an ‘89 turbo Voyager...but the price is stupid. I can picture some boomer listing off how rare it really is: “One of 5 made with this steering wheel material with that interior and a Goodyear spare instead of the normal Michelin!”. My friend
