Yeah. Great casting. I am sold, and would also give up boring husband for him.

Ur doing it wrong.

See, that's fucking bullshit. She is the star of an incredibly popular TV show, she is the co-owner and co-designer of a number of branded products including a chain of clothing stores, this wildly successful game and a number of other ventures. Whether or not you *value* those things - that's your choice, but you

You're obviously trolling with this sentence: "Ive spent alot of money on tablets to encourage reading on higher levels,Education is a priority with (should be ) any parent." - nice try, buddy.

GREAT A++ TROLLING TROLL

Prob true.

Wow. i am surprised. I wanted to hate him. But he is adorable.

And simply because YOU think "everyone" must be feeling this, that doesn't mean "everyone" is.

Also there's a multi week onboarding program at most crossfit gyms that is small group or individual instruction, where they *very slowly* introduce you to the basic movements and make sure you can do them safely and with good form. And, you have to test out to enter normal classes.

Women in particular usually start out with much, much less upper body strength, but can certainly correct that and build enough strength and flexibility to do

People do need to take responsibility, though. You should push yourself to do more, but you also have to know that there is a limit. I am cautious by nature and my only crossfit injury was slipping on a box and getting a small cut and bruise. It could have happened anywhere - and hilariously, I fractured my wrist in

This is incredibly boring and unsurprising. This reads like the story of everyone's life - there are some good things, and some bad things, and tons of irrelevant things. Yay.

As far as I can tell, Christopher Gavigan is the brains behind the operation, with actual product experience.

Well, they are not *her* products. She is the celebrity face of the co.

No way. Sofia looks puffy and plastic.

I am pretty sure that's not his wife.

There are plenty, plenty of workout options that are intense but don't involve yelling/shame. Not an excuse.
