I hate it too. I admire Syrio. I love reading about Jaqen. I want them to be separate characters.

agreed. the opening is probably one of my favorite openings of all time. Does everything it needs to do, like what @avclub-bc6a370435552949bcf7927a391bac45:disqus said.

agree with the Jaqen comments. Tom Wlaschiha seems a very good casting choice.

I'd like to refer your awesome comment to @avclub-10cac9550c37211d1d0bfba0834c0193:disqus, who seems a bit confused as to why we are all here.

Enjoy China travels! If you are in Shanghai, and need a little expat love, pals of mine run PubCrawl Shanghai. Just sayin.

I'm a native east coaster transplanted to the west coast, and I have been making this exact argument to all west coastians. We of the West Coast, we live in the past. It's a sad truth.

There's a solid chance that your comment may be my favorite of all time.

He isn't smart enough to be evil and

except that was Rolfe.

ha! crazy, but with purpose! Love it. Alaric has been a fun character to watch develop.

Blackwell giving a St. Crispin's Day speech. Adam (ADAM, what?) punching a hockey player. Cassie making the constipation face (but at least she killed the demon child in firebird fashion!). The hits just keep on coming.

I love the mileage we are getting out of Alaric's split personality. Good job they are doing with what could have been such a lame story line (say, for instance, had it been a Bonnie-arc).

I could get behind a show with that premise.

Ha. Darren Bent. nice. well, aside from that whole destroyed ankle thing.

now, what the hell is Bent?

Re: your Christian friend who had difficulty with Last Temptation - Christ as he is written does not become divine without first having had his humanity. It's there in the canon, and purposefully so. A saint who sacrifices? Where's the lesson, the true sacrifice, in that? Instead, a questioning and deeply human man

and now I love you.

for the record (or something) I am only anti Lars von Trier.
