It's amazing how even to this day (2015), when a sit-com has someone in a room playing video games, you hear "beep-boop beep-boop, bzzt bzzzt" like the kid with the playstation controller has it wired to an atari 2600. Why is any take on video games or gamers on TV incredibly cringe-worthy.
