Alex Hirsch himself said the ratings they get don't justify the expense.

I think there's a bunch of amazing, important SU eps that should be on here. It's ridiculous that they aren't.

Podcast Addict allows me to hit the FF & REW buttons on my steering wheel to skip ahead 30 seconds or back 15. it's so perfect.

@Egghog was referring to Sheer, not F. Tompkins.

I'm guessing this was the Political Power of this Steven Bomb. I enjoyed it. It was silly and fun. Not every episode can be full of World-Shaking Revelations or Intense Feels.

It felt like a bunch of serious actors trying so, soooo hard to prove that they're goofy and fun just like us common folks.

"Good" pearls are spherical. Crystal Gem Pearl's gem is distinctly oblong.

Probably switching off playing Warcraft 2 and Final Fantasy VI (I never got new SNES games. Used only.

Nope. Thanks to the massive cultural upheaval that the Internet & cell phones caused, there's a distinct group different from the "slacker kids of the hippies" and Millennials, who I see as the ones who don't really remember a world before that technology.

I hate the lazy, fake "pixel art" this and so many other things use. Drawing some perfect, 1920 x 1080 cartoons in Flash and then putting a filter over it is not how games were created back then. Maybe hire a real artist like Paul Robertson.

Oof. The way this show has Pied Piper brought low by daemon ex machina is almost too painful to enjoy. I've been spoiled by Parks & Rec and Bob's Burgers, shows that actually care about the characters and appreciate that the audience does as well.

Why are we walking like this?

That has nothing to do with the actual popularity of Ghibli/Miyazaki and everything to do with the commercialization of "geek culture". Look at Superhero movies. Look at Think Geek being bought by Hot Topic. Any counter-culture gets harvested.
This is fixie bikes at Walmart and pre-ripped jeans.

Oh. Ohhhh.

Perfect for binging Steven Universe!

She's going to come out of there a bad-ass of epic proportions.

Onion. Hire this man. His satire is ON POINT
