In the Directors Cut, Richard Kelly put text and voiceover literally explaining what is happening on screen, removing any of the mystery, confusion and strangeness that made the original so good. I will never ever watch the DC again. Not being attentive enough to catch meaning and clues doesn't make the movie bad.
