Unfortunately, production of the Citigolf ended about 2 years ago. Couldn't meet new emissions and safety standards.

What's the deal with the salvage title? Does that mean, that it's been totalled in an accident once in it's life? If so, how is it possible that it's registered, but it's hard to find insurance? Lot's of questions buzzing around in my head. Please educate me, fellow jalops.
