I think it was confirmed to be War Machine. Detroit Steel is not in the movie as far as I've heard. But Eric Savin or Coldblood is supposed to be.

I would recommend watching the animated cartoon Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes. The first season is on Netflix and it is an awesome and very quick way to catch up on 30+ years of Avengers history and heroes, including Ant-Man.
