Is working out at home an option? I liked the ultimate yogi program, tho its long. Ddp yoga is another one with good reviews, but it’s not traditional yoga. I liked Buti yoga, until she outed herself as a Trump supporter, but I liked her stuff before that.

I just joined orangetheory fitness, I love the classes so that motivates me to get in there these days. I think it’s all about finding things you like. I could barely get up for work, now I get up hours earlier to get in a 7am class before work. Crazy.

Blackish is one of the bests. I still remember the goosebumps I got from the police shooting episode. Also, Ruby is everything haha.

I tend to avoid the crazy by sticking to certain threads, personal finance, orangetheory fitness, nocontract lol. I’m also a black female so I don’t see how I would stumble upon the crazy threads.
