Same here. I’ve been wearing mine up way too much and it’s caused a lot of breakage. It’s noticeably thinner now and I’m damn near distraught. I’m not putting it up again until I can get some goddamn thickness back.
You don’t put conditioner on your roots though. And if their bottle says that’s how you wash your hair, I can see people clogging the hair follicles with thick conditioner which could prevent hair from growing properly.
Yeah I only wash my hair twice a week and only opt to use heat on it once a week. I also try to take cooler showers and get in a quick cold rinse before I get out. My hair and skin are much happier for it.
I just watched your clip and didn’t really notice anything racist. If you can’t bring certain foods, you can’t bring them in. They have their reasons. I’ve seen the Canadian one prohibit all kinds of foods from all different kinds of passengers like cured meats from eastern Europe or duck eggs from China. Different…
Oh I don’t watch the Aussie one - I actually find it boring compared to the Canadian one. My favourite is the guy with the British (?) accent - he takes no shit! I feel so safe with him protecting our border:
Heart eyes at that Matt McGorry picture. Mmmm.
Holy shit! 14!? That’s t-shirt weather. I’m in northwestern Ontario and it’s about -3 (still t-shirt weather for this time of year!).
Vancouver’s not cold.
Probably the same reason there’s such a fascination with Ninjas or Kung-Fu in western culture. It’s interesting.
and to perform at a gala...
This is important. It’s the company’s fault for not having proper documentation/translation services to ensure a smooth entrance into the country.
Right!? I think this is gorgeous!!!
You should leave and come over to the cold side (Canada that is). The more the merrier!
There doesn’t have to be a cut as long as the skin barrier is weakened or broken - which can happen from rubbing against her skin with a hair tie. For example, someone with atopic dermatitis (eczema) has a skin barrier that is basically very weak - which is why eczema sufferers are so prone to staph infections. When…
Washing with basic soap and water isn’t going to kill bacteria that colonized tiny open sores in your skin. Most people have staph on the skin all the time anyway along with other types of bacteria. Skin infections are very common and it has nothing to do with hygiene - unless you often bathe in vinegar...
They disappear into the same parallel universe that socks teleport to in the dryer. This is known.
......You mean tumor?
And ignorant.
Why not? People get skin infections all the time. It’s super common. You don’t think her hair tie helped harbour bacteria that would go on to give her an infection?
