Except if you live in the northern world in the winter. Almost half of Canadians end up with some form of vitamin D deficiencies in the winter because less UVB reaches the earth which means your body produces very little vitamin D. Plus the cold weather means you can’t really expose your skin. It gets so depressing.

I really wish Canadian TV had better budgets and more opportunities to allow Canadian shows to shine. We have the talent here but it’s just so hard to compete with the states. I’d love to see some well done, original, Canadian content. Maybe a dark and gritty drama based on the oil sands or just more shows written,…
