I haven't looked in awhile, but I thought NARS was owned by Shiseido, which DOES test on animals. I guess the issue of parent company can be a grey area. Correct me if I'm totally misinformed, though, because I love(d) NARS lipsticks!

Urban Decay are not selling in China right now. They were going to but I think fan outcry changed their minds. So as of now they remain cruelty-free. They've maintained Leaping Bunny status! :-D

Just wanted to poke my head in and say... MAC is sadly no longer cruelty free since they are now selling in China, which requires animal testing by law. :-( But there ARE a ton of amazing cruelty-free brands out there at all price points.
