God I hate that that sweeping pointing gesture he does. He does it when he refers to the media filming him and when he thinks/wants everyone to agree with (kinda like a “you know what I’m talking about”). 

I’m curious about the psychology behind Trump’s suit choice—it’s not on-trend (for any time or place), so it’s clearly something he insists upon. Is there something about it that he thinks makes him look good?

For Trump it’s innocent, if you say so. If it serves him, he’ll accept any unqualified denial that is offered. It also helps if you deny “strongly”—that really convinces him.

I just cannot get over how beautiful Meghan is. I don’t know why I’m so particularly enchanted by her, but I just want to look at every picture of her in the world. I just love Harry and Meghan together. 

Based on my extensive viewing of court tv shows-the ring, as a “gift in contemplation of marriage,” is legally required to be returned if the marriage doesn’t happen. 

You know, you’re right. It was a weird moment, but maybe not for the reason I intitally thought. I guess I just don’t want to think that of Whoopi, but I guess that’s part of this movement—being willing to be disappointed in people you had admired.

I definitely agree that harassment isn’t stirring up trouble, but I guess the only thing I thought was weird was how casual it was. thank you for this, I’m not crazy. When I watched it live, I was really weirded out by it. Like, why was he casually trying to stir up trouble for Whoopi? Whoopi handled it well. But it made me dislike him...even more. Dude seems like he’s on the edge of crazy. 

You read about how he acted towards the woman who dated him after the doc because she was a fangirl. She was this normal (seeming) middle class woman. She had had plans to move into the woods with him, alone, after he was freed. She went on Dr Phil and he basically told her to be careful and don’t move into the woods…

Oh god. Can you imagine?! His this guy being investigated. It seems like he was trying to get someone killed.

Also, isn’t the Devils Triangle kind of similar to what the women are accusing him of (two guys taking turns with one girl)? And kind of what it sounds like he was trying to pull with Ford with Mark Judge in the room.

Also, I don’t know how she can responsibly report conclusions on the case when she questioned Kavanagh for 1/4 of the time she questioned Ford.

Yeah, i don’t see how any representation of rape can be described as “cartoonish”.What exactly does a cartoon depiction of rape look like? Is there confetti and “Zoinks!” and “Pow!” word bubbles all over the place?

His use of that scene as an example to consider, whether he intended it or not, is an appeal to male empathy, which is something thwt is gravely lacking in the male GOP discussion surrounding this particular circumstance
