I already knew this from reading The South Beach Diet. Eating carbs in the morning informs your cravings for the rest of the day, so you end up eating more carbs. Eggs are high in fat and keep you filled up longer, plus you're less likely to eat crap later. When I stick to this, I drop weight really quickly and wasily.

@petmilk: I'm with you! You're not alone!

I should have sent this in... I saw the ad in a magazine the other day and could not believe my eyes.

@braak: You're correct. It's in the Constitution. I had to look it up to be sure my Poli Sci degree hadn't failed me.

@LadyNo Fondles Sweaters: My boyfriend mentions this review anytime we hear about another of these movies being made. Levin is dead-on about the creators thinking the mere act of referencing something is hilarious.

@Archetype: Wow. Thank you for that. I also missed it.

@Archetype: That's the worst part — Sadie would NEVER declare herself the arbiter of good taste. (I'm saying this like I know her personally — I don't, but based on her past posts, I just don't think she would.)

@hortense: Yes, I'm sick of it, too. Sadie, did you kill someone's kitten at some point? Because that is the only possible reason I can find for this crap.

@LoLoAGoGo: It's actually Meredith Brooks. I hate myself for knowing that. I fucking hate that song.

On one hand, I like and respect women who speak their minds and stand up for themselves. On the other, I hate women who are nasty for no reason. It's just not classy.

"But for some reason, I don't have much patience for it."

@Benevolent_Dictatrix says, we don't all have to agree with everything she says. Disagreeing is what the comment section is for. I don't think Sadie ever claimed to be the arbiter of good taste — she's never given the impression that she takes herself that seriously.

@pinkiedeathhead: I just saw a preview of her new line for DKNY jeans in InStyle. It is really cute. And affordable.

@girlscoutcookie: I didn't listen yet — I download the podcast edition from iTunes. Will add it to my iPod when I get home!

Wow. Thanks, Megan, for getting this story out there. I'm not at all shocked that the story was manipulated this way.
