God this guy. He was probably the most fear inducing person that has ever been on the show. Glass eye, didn’t check his surroundings, completely incapable of operating anything more than his own legs. Some people just shouldn’t be allowed to drive, ever, period. It’s not a right to be able to drive. It’s a privilege.

Not just in the US is it so easy to get a license. In Canada from province to province the rules differ on how you get your license. My dad has one of these sitting in a shed on his farm. My brother and I got to drive it about an hour and a half when we moved. The thing rides just like a boat down the highway. The hood goes for miles and miles. It’s an amazing car.
