When going to certain image boards you either get child porn 'spam', which could possibly be government even though it's pretty fuckin' shitty to catch people by proliferating that material, or you get people raiding for a while for whatever reason. The problem is that the 'radicals' of your movement are kind of hard to ignore, and since all the 'sensible' people in the movement are doing nothing but shrugging their shoulders and saying "not me", the whole movement has to be taken down to spare the lives and sanity of the people whom it targets.
