Virtua Tennis!

Oh yeah, I forgot about that game! That was a fun one. lol

Nice. A few months ago, I remembered I had the Gamecube PSO rom. I booted it up on my Dolphin emulator, and as soon as it dropped me in the lobby... talk about drowning in nostalgia and flashbacks of playing with other players. The music and sound effects are just loaded with insta-triggers of memories.

Or when folks actually love them so much, they make stuff like a 10-hr video of the Windwaker sailing theme. LOL

Yeah, no doubt. Those types of games are the best. The Zelda games for me, especially. I also recall back in my Dreamcast days, the music in Skies of Arcadia stopped me in my tracks on more than one occasion. I’d be idling midway up a ladder just to listen to the music. The FFXI OST was also frickin’ amazing.

Yeah, consequential-based games like that, and more recently RDR2, are insane. Sometimes it’s mind-blowing, but once in a while it would make me wish they would give me a break and throw me a damn bone. lol

Even as recently as something like the Uncharted games, pushing the gaming entertainment aspects aside, the globe-trotting for me isn’t so much about the fancy hd environmental renderings (lots of games can do that), but more about how the series tries to convincingly portray other cultures via body language, clothes,

It’s also a good way to map your skills ahead of time in there, so that when your real levels are unlocked in the rest of the game, your hotbars are

That is pretty cool. I hope it ends up being the ultimate direction for portable drinks in general. Best of both worlds. Well, until we get mass production of transparent aluminum, then we’d also be able to save humpback whales if we need to.

“At least it’s not completely terrible.”

Yes, I’m well aware of that obvious excuse. They are prioritizing, but not going the extra mile is what I’m talking about.

I’m in the same boat as far as the Jedi/Sith over-saturation problem. But yeah, after that clip I think I’d be totally down to see that exact approach applied to the entire saga straight across the board. And it also kind of makes me curious if those expressive animated visuals could actually make the prequels in

A Spider-Gwen live-action cameo appearance in a Spider-Holland movie would probably blow some minds out there.

Exactly. But keep on setting the expectations low, and go enjoy your game.
