Absolutely right. Upon researching on Google (FTW!) 35mph converts to 56km/h. I never exceeded 50km/h at any time in my neighbourhood, and I refuse to go more than 10 over any imposed Canadian road limit outside of a Provincial Highway, where I would only go to a maximum of 20 over.

Hah. Had the same issue happen to me. Instead of the fix here, I simply set my default DNS servers to the Google Public DNS servers (8.8.4.4 & 8.8.8.8), and it fixed the problem immediately!
