I’d love an appearance by Jon Voight with his Paraguayan accent.

He’s basically Gen Z, AMIRITE?
What about “Best Chris”? Remember “Best Chris”, everyone? What a time to be alive that was.
The conceit is that the movie is told from the wig’s point of view.
Yeah, and I’m really curious if they’ll surprise us with a phone or bottle being thrown across the room in the first hour rather than the second.
I feel like biopics are no less formulaic than House Hunters on HGTV, and this trailer doesn’t look like it’s gonna be straying from that biopic formula.
Isn’t this a Morissettesque use of the word “irony”? Where’s my pitchfork?
I just hate him for more superficial reasons like because he thinks he’s funnier than I think him to be and because he’s popular with the ladies and I don’t get it. We contain multitudes!
I dunno, boys. There are still waaay too many girls in this movie! And girls STINK!
What if it’s set ten years from the finale, and Tom and Shiv’s kid has grown up to be this kid who’s got a skateboard and dyed hair, and he says stuff like “whatever, dude!”? He gets in some sort of mischief in each episode but he learns a lesson by the end.
Same for the Star Wars movies.
I read and really loved that book. I read books, everyone! Tell your friends!
“ it’s not even Nolan’s best film...and likely the one that wins the Oscar -_-”
To your point, I don’t think it’s done Driving Miss Daisy any good for having won over the not-even-nominated Do The Right Thing. It’s not that I want the Academy to always pick inferior movies as the winners, but in a way it all kinda works out.
Hell yeah on Amy Adams. That movie and Adams’s performance were INCREDIBLE.
I do wish Are You There God? It’s Me, Margaret. would have gotten some props but, oh well, people should still check it out. It’s really wonderful.
These two are really inspiring me to think that *I* can be Native American, too!
Can’t say I disagree.
I really enjoyed Foster’s performance and her abs.
I just loved Past Lives and all the main three’s performances, while I had trouble watching the Maestro in all its Oscar-baity glory. It’s such a biopic that the acting comes out predictable albeit usually competent. Just kinda unremarkable.
