I guess what threw me off was the logo they use on the box art and posters is the bat logo without the two bottom points.

a transfer pack would be a neat idea. theoretically they could create an external usb emulator that could read the old game packs but it seems they are very keen on going completely digital with transferring going forward.

they are safe. i had let my subscription run out for about 6 months. i logged in recently and re-upped my subscription and everything was there just as i had left it.
