I remember watching a comedy roundtable with Carrey, Rock, Stiller, etc. and they were talking about how certain comics are better in sketch situations, sitcom, movies, writing, stand-up, etc. After them explaining it, found it to be sooooo true. The first Potter movie introduced the initial cast, "framework", and setting. It had a lasting impact. Plus, John Williams gave us the top-level music.
