Best thing about the Roman backlash was when they had to cancel RAW. It was all interviews and you could focus on the story, not the crowd reactions.

I do think there's a bit of a hive mind. Look at the chants, boos, cheers, lingo, etc. It's very organized.

Plus, it wasn't officially announced online that he was getting this big of a push, just a general push. With Roman, it was. That was when the backlash started. As soon as the net-based fans hear a big push is coming up, it's no longer "organic" and is rejected.

I remember a TON of net-based fans laughing at Vince for saying "There's so much more to Braun than people have seen.". Turns out…he was right.

The only sad part is he's already in his 30s and you don't know how long he will last, considering the fast pace and harder hits you see today.
