I had no idea that Raph was 77, or drove a Camry. He looks so much younger.

We’ll get more slideshows on Jalopnik despite the entire website begging not to.
You repay good service with brand loyalty. No consumer should give it without reason. For example, if you have a Tacoma and drove it 200k and are ready to replace it, I’ll bet you are buying another Tacoma. And, its not worth my time to screw around if the dealer I’ve used for years gives me a fair price. When a…
Can the average American tell the difference between kraft parmesan and the real parmesan?
Autonomous driving in and of itself is still very much possible. The problem is that a lot of thebfocus has been on recognizing objects when in reality the ficus needs to be recognizing behaviour. It’s actually why I think Tesla has a leg up in AVs compared to other makers because they have some much driver behaviour…
Karma is a bitch, ain’t she?
Big surprise that standards based on outdated assumptions have resulted in stagnation. For decades, the “light truck” classification has drifted further and further away from defining strictly work vehicles, to the point where it’s basically useless as a regulatory criterion. To modernize the standards, we either need…
EVs could work well today... with Fission plants. But we have decided to wait on nuclear plants that use Fusion that might be here in 30 years instead of building lots of fission plants today. Fission plants are dramatically safer and cleaner than any other power plant technology we currently have (yes even wind, which…
Remember: Brands are not your friends....unless they put out press releases that facilitate content.

Honestly I think we need a standard height for the lights as well. The only time I’m ever really blinded by headlights is on trucks lifted an extra foot off the ground where the lights are now eye level with my windshield.
1st Gear: I just want them to adopt European lighting standards so I don’t have the illegal aftermarket LEDs from oncoming cars piercing my skull during these short days / long nights of winter.
Why bother marketing, EV’s just sell themselves (ask Tesla how that works)
That also cuts down expenses by preventing stolen cart losses, because anyone cheap enough to steal cart is also cheap enough to get their quarter back. AND it keeps people from leaving the carts all over the damn parking lot.
I’ve owned two now, one was my daily driver through 3 New England winters. The perfect size for a married couple without kids. It technically has a back seat but it’s really just useful for tossing your coat back. With the rear seats folded down, it can fit a set of 4 tires or a lawnmower with ease. I wish the 2nd gen…
We live in an age with no Citroen DS21, no Kharman Ghia or Fiat X19. Not even an Isuzu X-90. The weirdest thing about modern cars...
I’m a social justice warrior? For Yugos?
But this is murica.
Yup just the other day seen a comment from a truck owner mad people want them to use their trucks. He was saying car buyers can buy what they want but a truck buyer “needs” to use it or people talk. He didn’t like that.
