Not his fault, really. He doesn’t see value in it, so he assumes it not worthwhile. And those folks in the NE corridor likely feel the same about the infrastructure around him. We have devolved to a WIFFM mode of thought, to go along with our NIMBY distaste for a lot of projects as well.
