Halloween in West Hollywood. For anyone not familiar, they close down about a mile and a half of main road for it. It is really hard to get a Lyft or Uber from that area which jacks up the price sometimes by 8x. A lot of people love it but it’s like a nightmare scenario for me because you’re either going to pay a lot

It’s not surprising to people who have been following Wayne. He has gone on record many times, even recently, saying he supports “All Lives Matter” and the police. Part of it is his personal negative experiences with black people and the rest is knowing that he would have never gotten as big as he did without white

It was likely to “bridge the gap” which is a dumb strategy when the Republicans have made it clear they have more than enough conservative to go around.

I think it certainly helped that he was a continuation of the Rush Limbaugh rhetoric that was very prevalent during the 90's.

I’m really ready for Kamala to win it, if only to see how much we are forced to adapt to a better way of life.

In a vacuum, I am glad Hillary didn’t become the first female president. There was always the stink of white superiority in her most vocal supporters. It’s still so discouraging to remember that when Obama

I thought Republicans were the party who wanted to keep celebrities out of politics?

Sorry Matt* Lieberman. His dad, Joe, one of the Democrats who tried to nail Clinton to the wall, is apparently a Trump supporter.

Funny thing about Warnock and a runoff election is that Joe Lieberman is playing spoiler to him right now. So weird how Elizabeth Warren needed to drop out as soon as Iowa had preliminary primary results for the general election but the family of perpetual saboteurs can potentially prevent Georgia from flipping because

Sweetie, Joe Biden doesn’t take enough initiative to be a warmonger.

SoCal Mexicans loooove Morrisey.

Also as they are 2nd and 3rd generation immigrants, Democrats who focus on trying to campaign to them on immigration issues can sometimes come across as pandering on an issue that they don’t care about.

Unfortunately, it’s been shown that giving stupid people a platform is more likely to make another person reading it stupid. I would rather hear from 50 people who feel like they are being infringed upon by oppressive institutions than 1 idiot who is going to look like an idiot and stay an idiot.

People tend to become

Part of me thinks it was a lie to avoid judgment. I had a friend who allegedly was practicing safety measures by always wearing a mask and then come to find out he was going out to restaurants.

I think you put your finger on what annoys me about this. I truly don’t care that she’s rich and partying while the world burns. We all deserve happiness right now wherever we can get it and it’s not like she’s someone actively making money off the pandemic.

It’s moreso that she is trying to flex while 232,000 of us

Har har. Apologies for giving someone a real answer instead of joining the American Election Idol fandom. Not everyone is familiar with the logic behind the various methods of voter suppression.

Hopefully it will help them see how this country values money over democracy where one can get in trouble for not paying

In the IRS scenario, the postmark prevents you from being penalized for failure to pay on time. There is no penalty for failing to vote.

Try again, this time with more facts, and less patronization.

LOL peak Jezebel with this comment.

Hillary Clinton still won the popular vote so how was this the reason? Anything to avoid blaming a racist country voting for a racist.

No I like their reply better of where they blame the American people for the failure of politicians to govern. It was the slaves’ fault that they were slaves because people didn’t vote against the politicians who fucking owned them when making freedom a basic tenet of this country’s purpose. It was women’s fault that
