The headline says the money’s for fighting Gun Violence but the article says it’s for fighting gang crime and trafficking. Gun Violence is a symptom of gang crime, not the purpose of gang crime.

I’m just exploring the potential motives behind these laws with hypothetical situations. I’m bored and I like seeing what people come up with. Call it “playing devil’s advocate.” I’m not trying to piss people off, I’m just curious how people respond to certain arguments.

This only exists because we can’t admit that the core is economic. So poor whites and poor minorities are always thinking that the other lower-class group is their enemy.

I know I’ll get flamed for this, but I’m not sorry. I’m all for trans rights but I think that there is a lot of oxygen expended on a minuscule portion of the population. I also think that there is an overrepresentation of white trans women which I think is tied up in a carry over of white, male privilege.
