I like it, but it feels like they’ve confused two different markets.  1, is the people that want the cheapest car possible.  2, is the people that want the perfect small electric city commuter.  Lots of the people that want the perfect city commuter would happily pay twice as much for more range, more speed, and more

Calling them "neo" nazis does them a favor. Like that might bevless bad. They are all just fucking nazis. Every last one of them. Don't ever forget it.

I’ve tried to like these but they just don’t do it for me. I am holding out a lot of hope for cultured (lab-grown) meat. I’m hoping it becomes a viable thing in my lifetime.

I have over 4 years left on a 100% renewable contract...at 14 cents for power and delivery charges. Looking at the market place now, there is a 3 month contract for 10.8 cents (again power and delivery). YMMV.

Bring back pastel colors!

I guess you could draw all sorts of conclusions here but there are corroborating statistics that look at vaccine acceptance and things like education, political position, religious belief, climate change, conspiracy theories, etc.

Study: Morons who are dumb in one situation are also dumb in other situations.

In six months Teslas have gone from status symbols to the automotive equivalent of MAGA hats. It’s astonishing; I’ve never seen any brand lose so much goodwill for such a stupid reason before.

Four out of five of the top 5 have one or fewer stores in my state.  The other is Chick-fil-A and I refuse to give them money even if their waffle fries are awesome...plus there isn’t one near me anyhow.

Good. For once a rich asshole faces the consequences of their own actions. I am literally ashamed of myself that at one time I had respect for this guy. It makes me truly wonder how his awful behavior was kept out of the public’s eye for so long. Because people don’t become assholes over night. He has probably always

Based on context, I think the writer specifically meant movies that incorporate the pandemic as a plot element/acknowledge it, or ones that exist because of the constraints put on productions in terms of testing, crew size, location, etc. Not just any movie that came out during the pandemic.

They forced him to submit a legally binding offer sheet? Huh, didn’t know that. Next time someone submits a legally binding agreement to buy something you own for well over market value make sure you let them out of that agreement and get back to us.

Yes, but my sense of schadenfreude has been very well-fed in these last few weeks.

Elon Musk decided to buy Twitter. He did this on his own and unprompted. He made an offer. He signed a contract of his own free will.

No one forced him to enter a legally-binding agreement to purchase Twitter at a dramatic overvalue of his own making.  He was forced to adhere to the legally-binding agreement that he’d entered into of his own free will, that’s true.

Let’s all make a mental note he could have bought both Lucid and Rivian for the price he paid to close Twitter down.

Lucky escape for all of those car companies then, tough break for Twitter though.

In my mind, you would have to be insane to not consider this over a model S.

He’s got multiple sexual assualt accusations against him, fuck off with your mild defense of him. Also hemry ford was an brual anti-semite, warren buffet is a stain on society as well. Don’t bootlick the people running our oligarchy you idiot.
