But insurance companies certainly can adjust their rates based on risky behaviors, as tobacco users know. I’m all for small pickups, and some model of small-ish truck will be my next purchase. I need a 4 door utility vehicle with a bed, and don’t want something enormous, expensive, or gas-guzzling. Hybrid is a bonus, as long as it doesn’t hurt the utility value.  So I'm happy to see this.

Counterpoint: cars and moyorcycles go to racetracks, Jeeps go to offroad parks or David’s yard. Too many drivers suck at driving, none of them are safe on public roads.
