Good article, and imo, totally appropriate for Jalopnik.

Based on the comments, it seems like lots if people had “gym sucks” experiences. Yet, my daughter goes to a high school where they seem to be doing it right. The PE teachers actually want gym to be a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone, not just the jocks, and they provide multiple activities for the kids…
Exactly. I saw another report which mentioned him using a hammer- that seems about right.
It does sound like mutual road rage, given that both guys are facing charges, and I suspect that the troopers have recovered the object that the guy used to damage the windshield.
Must we inject our political views into everything? The guy with the gun appears to have kept a felonious road-rager under control until authorities arrived, and as such was not charged. End of that part of the story. Your “so-called” dig was not called for.
Agreed. As a Pilot owner, I test drove both a base LX AWD and an Elite, which completely sold me on the base model. The extras just didn’t feel worth the enormous cost jump. For that price, I’d have gone for an MDX (or a truck-based SUV).
So if that’s so simple to fix, why haven’t you de-crimped your Sentra or Benz?
Good points, and as a former K-Car owner (we were all young and poor once, right?), I have to agree that the idea of a K Challenger only proves that Lee Iacocca must have had a sense of humor :). But the it’s not like they’re seriously marketing the Eclipse Cross as a sport coupe. Their ads (that I’ve seen, at least) d…
Yeah, but the Eclipse Cross isn’t even pretending to be in the Eclipse family. I don’t think you’ll ever see the Cross on the Eclipse wiki page, for example.
Only a few? Look, maybe you, personally, aren’t a scumbag, but how about your sales managers? They are paid (well) to maximize the profits for a middleman industry which adds almost no value to the buyers, and do so with every dirty trick they can dream up.
I agree with your post overall, except for the part about manned strikes being far less accurate than drone strikes. IANA pilot (or military drone operator), but my understanding is that the weapons systems (hellfire, paveway, JDAM, etc) are the same. And, in both cases, the decision to fire is being made by humans. I…
So, Elon... What happens in that skinny-ass tunnel when it’s jammed full of cars and one of the sleds breaks down? Or even any air handling systems. What about all that exhaust? Oh, I see... this is just for Tesla owners, right? Good thing those never, ever catch fire, cause that might be a bad thing in a tightly…
As I’ve said elsewhere, this story is a public service. The fact that someone searching for “Tyler Chevrolet” of Niles, MI, will learn that their car will likely be abused by the still-employed joyrider, and that Tyler Chevrolet service manager Dale Patzkowsky is a lying scumbag? That’s all the justification that this…
Exactly. If there’s one thing I won’t tolerate, it’s blatant dishonesty, like this manager demonstrated (warming the tires? Really?). I wouldn’t work for a liar, live with one, or vote for one (so 2016 just wasn’t my year). So I sure as hell won’t buy a car from one. And, believe it or not, I’ve dealt with a few…
Yeah, I was also hoping this meant a new HD edit from the original film footage.
Wait, what... Woot? Did I just wake up in 2005? And where’s my screaming slingshot monkey?

I bought it for my 9 year old son for Christmas. He finished it the next day, but it’s still proudly on display in his bedroom. Honestly, even if I didn’t have a kid, I’d still buy one.
