Many if not all of the advantages of crossovers are also disadvantages. They’re marketed as advantages and we’re upset that people fell for it. From your list:

It’s just a color name, and it’s a good color. The issues you bring up have merit generally, but you’re stretching in this case.

Gravy can be good on cheese, poutine for example is amazing. Gravy on mac & cheese is a war crime. I would push back on “enchilada sauce is mexican gravy” assertion as well. 

You want gravy on mac and cheese? What kind of monster are you? That sounds horrible. The cheese sauce is absolutely all the moisture that dish needs. 

I’m already not exactly a huge fan of the idea of a Mac-and-cheese bowl but I can’t imagine it with gravy on top...

These will make great reliable, fun, “high” hp, beaters one day. Nothing more and nothing less. Just like its G35 and 350z father. This car isn’t special. It is a nice example, but not worth requiring an interview
