Ah, I read a bit more carefully. They reinstated the guys who saw the picture, not the one who shared it, which dos make more sense. I don’t know if you should be fired if someone showed you something- you might not even know what you were about to see (note: I do not know the details of the case). Still, the union

This post seems to imply it’s the company’s fault that these individuals are being reinstated - but it’s the union that challenged the terminations and an arbitrator ruled that the company has to reinstate them.  I’m not anti-union at all, but this one lies squarely at their feet, not the company’s (who chose to

The company tried to fire Ramasar, but lost because the dancers are unionized and the union successfully litigated it. Why are you blaming the company?

You’re totally right. Good catch!

I was scrolling looking for this. Thank you.

I had no problem with Arya getting some (far from it!) but was a little uncomfortable with even the brief nudity from her. Not even so much because we’ve seen her grow up but because I suffer from EXTREME sympathetic embarrassment and thus it’s hard for me to watch scenes where I imagine (and I might just be imagining

You got that backwards. She baked the sons into a pie and fed it to their father. Much less disturbing.

**May I please be ungreyed?**

It’s funny that some people are more disturbed by Arya having consensual sex than the time she killed a guy, baked his body parts into a pie and then fed it to the guy’s sons.

I’m anti them because Arya is a badass mothafucker and I just don’t buy that having sex would be a big priority for her character.

I am constantly flabbergasted at how writers and readers can find some of the most atrocious behavior to be romantic. I have at least 100 books on my “did not finish” shelf that I only abandoned because the good guy was super rapey.

It wasn’t my favorite Rainbow Rowell book (I think Landline might be?), but I thought she had the characters deal with the situation pretty well.

I initially thought you were referring to Attachments by Rainbow Rowells. A friend gave me that book for my birthday a few years ago, telling me I would absolutely love it. After that, it became crystal clear I would never take book advice from her again.

I mean, yes this looks absolute crap but I feel I have to step in and defend the honor of fanfiction because that’s really really not all it is!!

even though no one was allowed to capture her image on stage at Coachella

I actually think the song makes it worse.

If you took out the song, the trailer could just as easily be for a horror movie.

I saw the trailer for this a while back and knew it was not my thing, but I was a little curious about what book it was based on. I find I’m not totally surprised to hear the book was P2P. The trailer seemed to imply the virginal Mary Sue was going to fix the British Bad Boy with her lurrrve. That’s all typical fanfict

Based on the trailer alone, it totally looks like the beginning of an abusive relationship, the kind where obsession is confused with love.

and because its male lead, Hardin Scott, was stylized after One Direction heartthrob Harry Styles has a name that sounds like ‘hard-on’
