He’s like the George Lucas of the automotive world. It’s just better when he’s kept on a leash and not allowed to go totally batshit crazy. The Z8 and the Astons that he designed are beautiful cars but they were kept in check by the companies who owned them. Him in charge of all of the design of a vehicle is a wholly

The RX-3 and Eunos Cosmo are easily my two favorite Mazdas of all time. I loved my second gen RX-7 but man.

Most of them are aftermarket. But I also live in the deep south where 9"-15" lifts on trucks are common so their factory misaligned lights hit about 12 feet up at 25 feet. Thing is I expect it from them. Its the misaligned cars that absolutely blind me. Even bone stock camrys generally have their headlights aligned

I’m with you here. Some of these headlights are absurd. I understand the need for visibility but when it’s at the expense of the visibility of oncoming traffic I don’t understand how it’s legal. I’ve almost wrecked twice just this week driving home from work because of needlessly bright headlights.

I’ve always wanted one of these early Pajeros. That and a Samurai. Because sometimes I want to do stupid things in the woods and not worry about prohibitively expensive repairs.

The panamera is easily the most sickeningly lust inducing sedan that I have had the privilege of riding in. I love absolutely everything about them.

I need you to stop. Apparently raging boners are not ok at work.

What’s bad is that even the small trucks are massive. My dad is getting rid of his 15 canyon thank god but that truck is enormous. Its like driving a Sierra 1500 on the outside with half the interior space. Plus the top of the bed is higher than my shoulders and I’m 6 feet tall. It lacks any practicality and has shit

Those slot in right under the original Sakuras as my 2 favorite sets of wheels ever. I want a gunmetal grey datsun 510 with a set of hot pink sakuras so badly that it hurts.

Seems appropriate. I went to my dad’s place last night and he informed me that he’s selling the canyon for an 05 frontier. I guess we shared sentiments on it.

I’m a day late to the article and I feel confident in saying that I was not ready for my favorite corolla ever OR a P1800 this early in the morning. I need to find a new pair of pants.

If you’re talking about the new Canyon then dear god those seats. My dad and I LOVED our old Canyons so my dad had the dealership put him one of the new ones on order for him as soon as they were available for dealers to order. I’ve driven it once and refuse to even ride in it again. any more than 10 miles in that

Not in sweet little southern Mississippi it isn't.

Man there’s a shop literally less than a mile from where I work trying to sell one. Last I heard the poor fool wanted something like $13k for it. It’s been there for at least 5 years now.

There’s just something about them that I’m drawn to. They’ve got a unique design for an American car of the era and I’ve never really seen very many on the road. Granted most of them were likely driven into oblivion.

A corvair rampside truck is possibly the deepest desire of my wee ginger heart. I also want a corvair droptop car. I’ve got a soft spot for them.

We have fewer shits in my day. No safety equipment whatsoever. Its only by miracles and some luck that I’ve avoided any serious injury for my entire life.

I’ll drink to that

Firstly, the jokes that my best friend and I spout about fat Val Kilmer are ceaseless so I must applaud you.

As someone with red neck roots in the deep south. These are every bit as much fun as they look. Dangerous? Sure. But how much of what is truly fun in life ISN’T a little bit risky?
