Maybe I’m just used to the kink on my E38, as I think the BMW windowline looks significantly better than the Audi’s. The Audi’s looks super-cheap to me, like something you’d find on a Jetta or Chrysler 200.

I politely disagree. In this plan view it gives the “trunk” a little more length. Doesn’t seem so much like a fastback.
