It certainly does feel more like the Look How Many People Geoff Keighley Knows show. No other big industry awards show is hosted by the person who produces it.

One of those fan games, Pokemon Uranium, was downloaded 1.5 million times, which led to a shitload of Let’s Plays and the like online. That clearly could have had a potential impact on sales of legit Pokemon games. There’s no “guilty until proven innocent” there: when a ‘fan game’ becomes big enough that it builds its

So this is basically exactly the same situation as Lights Out, which started as a short film (which is very similar, incidentally) and was then turned into a full-length movie

I implore you all not to ignore Genesis Noir. Played the demo in that summer games thing and it was amazing

To be fair, anyone with a keen eye would have already known there was going to be some sort of multiverse stuff going on in this one. In that ‘Same Day Premieres’ trailer shown in the article, you see something like 4 seconds of Space Jam 2 footage, but if you pause it you can see the likes of the Animaniacs tower,

Hey, piss off. The article also said the Nintendo Direct was crap too. YOU’RE the fanboy here, jumping to Sony’s defence any time you see the slightest shred of criticism while ignoring the context around it. Calm down and sit down.

Eh? He hit it something like 40 times

Metroid Prime: Federation Force was a very good game in its own right. Still angers me how entitled pricks on the internet turned on that game and essentially killed its chances of success before it had even launched.

Is your purpose in life just to shoot down every single person you come across? Look through your previous comments, man: you never have a positive word to say to anyone or about anything. It's a hugely off-putting character trait.

Read a dictionary.

Fuck Trump and everything he stands for, but damn is this a tenuous link to gaming.

Is direction the same as project management though? William Friedkin was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Director for The Exorcist, even though he literally fired guns on set to keep the cast on their toes and slapped the elderly actor playing the priest hard across the face so his hands would shake while he’s

I don’t know what to tell you, but I take screenshots regularly as part of my job and it never captures the exact moment I want. It’s not as late as the notification, but there’s still a delay.

The PS4 share button may have been innovative but it ended up being the worst in terms of accuracy. It never seemed to capture the exact moment I pressed the button, whereas the Xbox One and Switch did when they eventually got those features.

By your logic, 100 million Wii units sold in a planet of nearly 8 billion people isn’t “the masses” either.
