That is patently untrue. Police shoot in non-lethal areas all the time when faced with a life or death situation, when they’re good at their job.

Any plan that forces ND into a conference is one I support. They’re already part of the ACC in plenty of other sports. Just have them join the Coastal division so that they can have their cross-conference rivalry with BC (like Florida State’s with Miami).
