Also this logic doesn’t mind the important detail : Colin Bundschu sacrificed everything to work at Rockstar. It was litterally a life goal. Suing would have meant instantly ending that dream.

In general, tourists who come in any country and spread their own culture & habits all around, without even bothering one second to adapt to country’s one, are a bad thing. And this could apply to bringing a very polite, mannered culture into a very vivid culture aswell (or indeed the opposite). One of the two sides

Samsho 2019 feels like a serious contender to jump to top3 in FG e-sports scene, yes. Punish hitting harder than anywhere else, calm game pace pushing forward observation rather than rushing, zoning feeling very fair, balance seeming good, each fight feeling like a true duel ... all in all game’s very promising.

Seconded, I really like how your articles always mix serious preparation on the subject, neutral pragmatism, and a very particular sense of analysis tailored around being a true gamer. This is imo what separates a real article from a facebook post. It’s very engaging to read as another adult gamer. Thanks Cecilia.

Just like I would't like a remote slap machine, but rather a way to give them a friendly reminder.

The late night drunk player problem is dropped briefly in the article, but I think it should really be recognized as a real problem in online competitive gaming. Way too many people are doing that.

It’s cringe level 99999999

“played by children” : if it passes, wouldn’t it lead to some weird / broad design decisions, like more studios going full ESRB 17+ (aka suddenly inserting violence, sex, drugs, more insults in dialogs), just to have an excuse to continue relying on loot boxes ?

Absolutely. And I think one day it either becomes a struggle against those “bad” thoughts (here, mk11 dev story), or materializes into a real behaviour.

It’s kind of scary, socially, when so many people on the net are saying so naturally : “violence is not that big of a deal” to be honest. Because I know why they say it. It’s said because violence (verbal or physical) has been made a part of daily life in social medias, entertainment, videos, games, and it’s the only

underrated comment xD

Been to Shinjuku for 7days last week, now in Osaka for 3 days, and my friend and I miss Tokyo so badly that we cancelled the 3rd day to go back to Tokyo. Shinjuku is fire :)

Good question. The upper roof and cathedral arrow was what most of those memories I mentionned had in their view. The inside was what held 1000 years together aswell.

Already 8 main comments read, and none seems to realize what it’s all about. It’s not about a building, not a symbol of christianism, it’s a matter of 1000 years of something that was in a lot of every single people’s lives.

It sounds like all the the narrative designers they hired for solo has left out or finished contract, and now is only left gameplay designers, which can only capitalize on what’s “used to work in other games”.

This is awesome.
By 2030-2040 there will be thousands of Shirley Curry / grandma / grandpa gamers, she’s a pioneer for sure :)

We need more horror staged dramas !

Why are monitors getting bigger and wider (and more expensive), but people are still relunctant to simply get a 40+ inches cheaper 4K TV to play their games ?

Let’s keep it simple : if there’s a call for a Union, there’s a need for a Union.
