The supposedly spiritual successor to AvP2 would be Natural Selection 2. I didn't have the time to check it out, but from the videos I watched it looks very similar (project came from an AvP1 mod btw).

AvP2 was not only the best Alien IP game ever, but also one of the best PvP FPS experience I ever played. That feeling when you're rushing on the wall with an Alien runner towards a pack of marine players, and then calmly waiting for the group to dispatch in fear while you're hanging just above their heads ...…
Oh Tina, simple and yet so cute ♥
By the way all of you guys look great. Yeah that's my free hugs moment.

Very, very impressive work indeed. And super appealing gameplay.
The only thing that worries me with supercharged combos like these is that when you're the victim, you just end up with no other interaction than watching your character being raped to oblivion.

Yes, these are some Respro Techno model :)
They are quite expensive but I read reviews about them lasting a bit longer, it seems. I love the Cyberpunk looks of yours, though !
Hello from Paris !
Dude, this looks incredibly promising ... I mean, Neverending Story level promising.
LOL !!
The problem with top 10s is that generally 7 of them are solid, while the other 3 are just fillers to make it a 10.
Honestly, gameplay-wise, they would all feel as much a rehash as "Cammy with a mask". Except Mack the Knife. Excellent suggestion.

Dear Summer, please accept my 2014 renewal for proposing you to marry me. ♥

There goes all the usual "tough guys" in dire need to say how much they were not scared.
I'm actually completely stunned by this.
What's turning me off is not really the obvious graphic downgrade, but the complete change of mood in ambient visuals. 2012 was dark, gritty, cyberpunk as it should be. 2014 was turned into a lighter, happier, GTA-like ambience.
For recent games hard choices are a selling point, but for 1990 games, it was just thursday.
