The media focused on some classical "rape 1% attempt" scene that we see in every Holywood movie, really ?

Brilliant :)
super, duper, giant "meh".
Except gameplay doesn't need hardware power ;)
I think I was misinterpretated here : I'm not saying we should stop trying to go forward in realism, and obviously I cannot blame a tech demo to only show graphics. I was really mentionning "to impress people" for a reason, it's because the stuff we hear the most from E3/game reviews/articles comments is how good or…
btw it's not "resistance to tech progress", it's just that visuals & graphics are always the stuff people are talking the most since ... well since videogames were born. THAT is boring ;)
This is where my rant places itself : Thinking the technology is the reason why boundaries of development are limited is cheap, lame, and uneducated.
Great, great, ok. Now what's the next step to impress people ?
+1000, people are stupidly illogic sometimes.
Yeah, it looks sick :)
I'm giggling to see so many kids saying "those are not next gen graphics" in every demo/game presented. Maybe like that, people will finally understand that we've already hit a big graphical wall, and more importantly that we'll stop seeing 80% of game reviews comments judging the interest only by its graphics.
With how often Kotick sold his assets in the last 3 years, no wonder there would be some problems with the "holding structure" ...
yeah, was a more general rant ;)
You're 100% right of course ;-)
Also, some comments in this thread were priceless, I admit :p
Guys, you take things really too seriously :)
That was freakin hilarious, but depressing at the same time. Sex, violence, sex, and oh violence.
Would this kind of event be as much tolerated if you replaced "Bible" with "Coran" ? ;-D
This game ... oh my god this game ...
Guilty pleasure to drink this man's words ...
