You QAnon cultists should take credit for all your hard work. You knew how powerful Hillary could be if you did nothing to destroy her in the public eye. Swift boating Kerry or birtherism against Obama were impressive acts of character assassination, but all of that was nothing compared to what you deplorables did to

She assassinated her own character by her tireless public service? Or by not pretending to conform to your idea of how a woman should behave?

Say what you will about Hillary Clinton, she had Trump nailed for exactly what he is. Unfortunately, a gleeful 25 year long campaign of character assassination against her made most Americans not pay attention.

This.

It won’t be done until I hear Biden say “You’re fired!” to Dump in his inaugural address.

I think most people who have pointed out right-wing fascist tendencies growing since the Bush years can now feel thoroughly vindicated in saying “I told you so”.

All the “you’re being alarmist, what will you do when a REAL fascist shows up?” people – the whole half-of-an-electorate of them –have proven conclusively

Hey now! You’ll have my em dashes when you pry them from my — cold, dead — hands!

Because seeing cars that still have their Hillary 2016 stickers is sad as hell.

I bought an Elizabeth Warren 2020 planner in February.

Gotta seal the tunnels too if you’re gonna do that. Or maybe just put a bunch of ramps in them

It was a very 2016 joke in a time that showed how wrong that sentiment is and will always be. Not cool

He also explicitly called Trump supporters Nazis so I don’t think he was saying both sides are bad.

I think that’s true, though? New York DOES have that mythology for a lot of people. That’s always been a big part of the appeal of the show, why the stories about the cast parties are so legendary. A lot of their most famous bits have had that “It’s New York!” vibe. I’m thinking Lazy Sunday. And the John Mulaney diner

I usually love Mulaney’s stand-up, but in his monologue he said that whether you vote for Trump or Biden, it makes no difference and nothing will change. Basically, making the both sides are equally bad argument that discourages voting.

That reminds me that I haven’t checked it today ...

I voted by absentee ballot and dropped it off at Town Hall two weeks ago! Straight democratic ticket for me, but I'm from one of the bluest states. They were predicting 78% for Biden, which seems low.

I gave up weed in January, and the mounting anxiety has me dipping into edibles again. Really hoping Biden wins so I can just stay off the weed completely....

The long dormant raver in me wants to say drug cocktail, but the reality is I’ll probably ignore the news, binge watch something stupid, and go to bed early. The last election was a 3 day anxiety attack.

I need to stop refreshing 538.

Moving to Panama on Election Day!
