Honestly if you think Phoenix is a traffic nightmare you have been blessed beyond your wildest dreams traffic-wise your whole life. Compared to any other major city I’ve lived in or visited “rush hour” is nothing, any other person I’ve met that wasn’t raised here can attest to that. People are terrible drivers here…

Noooo the only speed cameras are in Scottsdale/Paradise Valley, where all the golf courses are too (best in the country!). Scottsdale can be cool sometimes, but I mean the actual city of Phoenix when I say I love it. And the weather in winter can’t be beat you’ve got to admit that at least!

True about the Cardinals stadium in Phoenix being way out in Glendale, but the baseball and basketball stadiums are right downtown in an area exactly like you described in Baltimore.
